Gaming Fun!

Hi Bartonians!

Have any of you guys checked out the new game Scribblenauts?

Well in this game for nintendo DS is from the makers of Drawn to Life and Lock's Quest, you write in any thing you want to help you in the situation. For example, one of the situations is to get a starite (Thing you need to collect in the game) out of a tree you could type in Lumber jack and type in Chainsaw and give it to him he could cut down the tree so you can get the starite!

I chatted to Jeremiah Slaczka, one of the makers of the game. Heres the interveiw.

B:A game where you can create anything you can think of. Isn't that impossible?
J: Well firstly nothing is impossible with the right solution! The secret behind Scribblenauts is we focoused on building tools and our technology around the way the world works, and fit in each piece, as opposed to create every unique object and later try to fit it all together. I can't say much more than that.

B:What can you do in Scribblenauts
J: Ride Dinosaur, shoot zombies! It's really up to you what crazy thing you want to do. Yesterday we wrote "Conveyor belt" and flipped it upside down, glued a saddle on it and the main character, Maxwell hopped on it and rode it like a tank!

B: Do you think the PSP will make a PSP with a touchscreen?
J: That'd be awesome. There are rumours that a PSP2 is already coming with a touch screen, so who knows!

B: What movie do you wish you starred in?
J: The Dark Knight- was my fave flick last year. I'd want to star in it mostly 'cos Batman is cool and if i wanted an enemy it would be the Joker.

B: If You had a Superpower what would it be?
J:How about the power to move you!
